Ukraine to buy 100 French Fighter Jets to strengthen defenses as Russia continues to attack, seize more ground

Smiling on the Tarmac of the airbase outside Paris, the President of Ukraine VolOdymyy signed an agreement with the President of France Emmanuel Macron on Monday that is 100 years old and the most advanced in the next ten years.
The aircraft is the best military unit in France with air-to-air combat, missile strips and long-range strikes – important skills to protect Ukrainian cities from Endless Russian attacks and drone attacks to winter.
“It will be the largest air defense – one of the largest in the world,” Zelenskyy told reporters after signing a letter of intent to buy Macron’s military base in Villacoblay. The President of Ukraine has been pressing his Western allies for months to strengthen the country’s air defense capabilities amid indiscriminate and drone strikes.
Overnight, the Russian military launched more than 100 missiles and drones into Ukraine, killing at least three people in the Eastern Kharkiv region and knocking out thousands of homes, according to Ukrainian officials.
There was no immediate reaction from the Kremlin to the French-Ukrainian military agreement, which was opposed by Paris and Kyiv as a global situation.

“Today marks an important moment, good intelligence for both of our nations – France and Ukraine,” said Ukraine’s defense aircraft, “including joint warplanes, SAMP / T Air-Defense System, air-to-air missiles, and aerial bombs.”
“Joint projects between our defense sectors will also start this year,” Zelenskyy said. “We will produce interceptor drones and work on development Critical technology and elements that can be included in Ukraine’s Drones. New aircraft, new reinforcements, new measures to strengthen our army and our country. I am very grateful to France, President Emmanuel Macron, and all the French people. “
Macron posted a photo of the two leaders smiling in front of a Rafale jet, with the flags of both nations as a backdrop. The title, in both France and Ukraine, was simply: “The Great Day.”

The Presidents also visited the headquarters of various nascent powers in post-war Ukraine, west of Paris at Mont ValĂ©rian. The program is supplemented by military officers from the so-called “King States that agree to be based in the center to deal with operational preparations and work in Ukraine when the war begins.
The UK and France have effectively put together an informal meeting, which now lists 34 nations as members.
Zelenskyy is scheduled to travel to Spain on Tuesday, where he is expected to hold talks with Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and King Felipe VI on further support for Ukraine’s defense.
