Is the Apple Watch SE 3 The Best SmartWatch for (almost) everyone?
Apple’s entry-level SmartWatch is the best yet offering an experience comparable to pricier Apple watches. The most important improvements in SE 3 are always-on display, faster charging speed and in-line Siri. This brings it closer to other Apple watch devices in the most important areas.
It doesn’t have everything: the SE 3’s optical sensor is old and lacks the capabilities of the 10 and 11 smartwatches, which feature electronic heart rate sensors. You’ll still get alerts for irregular rhythms and low cardio intensity as well as high and low heart rate alerts. All this for $259? (Or $200 if you’re quick.) It’s Apple’s most tempting first move yet. It might be time for me to upgrade from my series 8.

In the meantime, some retailers will receive discounts on certain body-changing games, including Princess Peach: Showtime!, The Legend of Zelda: Aspects of Wisdom, Luigi’s Manion 3 and Kirby’s Return to Dream Velluxe Land. Those will be for $40, while other games are similar Super Mario Odyssey, Nintendo Switch sports, Paper Mario: Door of the Year and Splatoon 3 it will be $30.
