The Safer Suppervision Act aims to reform the Federal Criminal Justice Burice Bureaucracy

There is no question: President Donald Trump’s focus on public safety has won.
His commonsense stance on law and order has raised his approval ratings and fighting crime is his strongest issue. More than half of the country supports his way. The American people are sick of the lawless demos that are allowed to flourish in our cities and are relieved when they see someone fighting and fighting against abuse.
In addition to taking criminals off the streets, the Trump administration must also make sure we have a place to put them — and the power to look after them. This means taking over the blocraed administration of the justice system that uses too many resources for the wrong people.
Instead of focusing on violent threats, the current system has wasted energy, power and money focusing on low-risk people who pose no threat to anyone. If we are serious about crime, we must be tough on the front lines and savvy on the back end. This means using our law enforcement resources to keep Americans safe, cracking down and providing ways to ensure that second chances go to those who deserve them.
Trump’s bailout reform is a good first step. There are 5 more we need now

Trump made big strides in improving our prison system during his first term with the passage of the first measure. Reduce harsher sentences for low-risk, non-criminal inmates. It also expands education and training programs for prisoners, which are very important for creating better, independent law enforcement. Recidism fell from over 50% to less than 10%. This means that fewer people leave prison and commit new crimes and begin to rebuild their lives.
The first step rule was just that – the first step. There is much work to be done to ensure that dangerous criminals are caught and brought to justice – and that people who are not alike can become productive, law-abiding members of society. This is where the SAFER SERGUMET rule comes in.
The current Federal Supervising System is flawed. Specifically, Federal Post-Persing-Tersing studies, known as supervised release, have become an expensive, ineffective force. Originally designed for high-risk cases, it is now being dropped for almost all cases. Federal Probation Officers reported that more than 100 people were buried under the coffins. This makes it difficult to focus on the truly dangerous people. In addition, this one-size-fits-all system prevents unnecessary obstacles for unauthorized persons trying to hold jobs and the reenter community.

Consider this: A person misses his bus and is late for a mandatory meeting. Instead of spending a day following up on violent threats, a Federal Probation Officer spends hours processing a report of someone breaking the law that is not a danger to anyone. Multiply that out of all the hundreds of low-profile cases, and you begin to see how the system designed to keep America safe is doing the opposite.
Trump is the right leader to cut through the bureaucracy and fix the used federal funding system — and the safe-guardian rule provides a sensible, monumental solution. It ensures the resources of law enforcement officials are not wasted on documents while real threats roam freely. It also brings the organization’s attention back to its original purpose – to truly focus on risk.
The Bill requires courts to conduct a case-by-case assessment to determine whether surveillance is necessary – and what rules and restrictions are necessary to keep our communities safe from threats. Most importantly, it creates a way for those who express themselves to find their way of seeing. This would free the officers to focus on the real bad guys.

These changes are being sought successfully in Republican-Led States such as Missouri, South Carolina and Arizona. And this approach was just confirmed by a rigorous study released in August from the IOWA Department of Corrections. It has been found that rewriting strict recovery rules into collaborative goals allowed people to work with their identification managers to achieve resilience. This cuts the number of people sent back to prison by 25%. Most importantly, the study found these changes led to a reduction in new crimes.
Trump is definitely the right leader to cut through bureaucracy and fix the federal regulatory system — and the Safer Regulatory Act offers a sensible, monumental solution.
It is for this reason that the safe driving rule has gained the trust of those on the front lines. For example, the large Cingos Association supported the bill because its members know it will keep our communities safe.

Trump and the GOP have a great opportunity to continue making America safe again. The SAFER SUPPEGION ACT is the first practice leadership. It will reduce crime, respect the taxpayers, restore responsibility, and reveal one of the most sought after solutions to our work problem – Americans on surveillance who want to work but are repatriated through an overly restrictive system.
Americans deserve safe communities, responsible government and second chances for those who deserve them. Passing the SAPER SERGENICELISION law will improve safety, increase workforce and strengthen families. It fits perfectly with President Trump’s vision.
