Damac reaches the first tower of the first cavalli

The final concrete has been poured on the buildings of Damac Properties’ Cavalli tower, a landmark of AED1 billion (US $ 272 million), revealing the approach of Ithomu Italian House, Roberto Cavalli to take interior design.
Damac said the Cavalli tower is on track to be handed over late next year.
Rising 71 shops along the seafront in Dubai Marina, the tower is a symbol of architectural ambition and iconic elegance. It will include 436 units conceived by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, who also designed Dubai’s museum of the future, with bespoke interiors designed by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors.

The tower has five bedrooms, duleoses and five bedroom suites, with guaranteed vistas of the sea, Palm Jumulah or Dubai Marina. Choose units that will have private terraces, pools or jacuzzis and hydroponic living walls. It will feature private sky pools, sky gardens, and an infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
It also features a malibu-inspired beach pool and a four-story lobby.
The topping-out ceremony was attended by project participants from damacs and contractors led by China State Engineering Corporate Me. Substructure works are now complete, with interior and exterior finishes scheduled to follow.

Launched in September 2021, the exit of the Cavalli Tower exit comes in the middle of a year that breaks the law of architecture, which saw the sale of property exceed 2025 million, driven by the strong investment desire for productive development and water development.
Cavalli tower residents will also enjoy a package of resort-style services such as 24-hour butler service and a la carte house.

The interiors of the building will evoke the same luxury and boldness in the Cavalli finger.
