Emirates NBD offers employees hybrid work with letwork collaboration

Emirates NBD employees will be able to use 4,000 Cowirking Deskis, meeting rooms and offices across the UAE and beyond, giving them the opportunity to collaborate closer to home.

Letwork is one of the leading providers of workplace services in the region.

After the agreement between the two companies, select Emirates NBD employees will join the pilot program for 12 months to experience the on-demand workplace through the LeteSwork Platform, with the ability to be widely distributed across the bank.

Eman Abdulrazzaq, group chief operating officer at Emirates NBD, commented: “We are pleased to partner with Letwork to provide our employees with informal support and strengthen the employee consent proposition.

“As a socially responsible bank, this pilot demonstrates Emirates NBD’s commitment to being a story-oriented bank by fostering new cultures and establishing the group as an employer of choice for the right people.”
