The UAE Health Group teams up with luxury hotels to reduce patient care

The partnership begins with a leadership development program led by Dorchester Collection Academy. PurHealth’s senior management, including chief patient officers and patient experience directors, will participate in workshops on strengthening empathic communication, emotional intelligence and patient engagement.
Lessons from the first phase will begin with more than 400 employees in the PureHealth Network, embedding guest service principles to ensure a flexible, compassionate experience in all properties.
Beth Aarons, Dorchester Collect’s Global Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with PureHealth, a respected leader in its sector, known for its unwavering commitment to excellence and recognition.
“This partnership demonstrates a shared understanding of the importance of delivering a unique experience to patients and their loved ones. Our goal is to support PurHealth’s unique culture through PureHealth’s future engagement.”
Emotional therapy
Alejandro Helbling, chief patient officer at Purur Health, added: “Emotional care is as important as physical healing. When patients feel really heard and support the recovery results.
“By partnering with Dorchester Collection Academy, we are fostering a culture of continued development of a resource that makes a real difference to patients and their families.”
This phase marks the beginning of an extensive collaboration that will expand into Design, Wellness, and Culinary programs inspired by hospitality – enhancing the UAE’s leadership in healthcare and strengthening the PureHealth culture of Excellence.
