COBLOX CEO defends platform security between Kentucky Laket and Iraq blockade
ROBLOX COUMENDER and CEO Dave Baszucni joins ‘Fox & Friends’ to discuss his company’s benefits and safety measures in a child-friendly environment.
COBLOX CEO and co-founder, Dave Baszucki, said “security is the most important thing,” despite the defeat of the middle world and the destruction of the middle world of the Internet gaming platform.
During an interview with Fox Business, Baszucki said that he “has four children who grew up on Roblox, and the business has a scientific nature.”
He compares the security features of the game to that of a smartphone.
“We want parents to know that Roblox is very different,” she said.

“We do not allow the sharing of images. We filter all text. We have policies against sharing personal information. We are looking at the full extent of the law to find them more,” he continues to remove them from the Internet, “he continued.
Late on Sunday, the Iraqi government banned a videogame produced by a US user out of concern for the safety of children, joining other countries in the apparent crackdown on the world.
The ban was motivated by the concern that the game allows direct communication between users in ways that expose children and cyber-aspendings “and harmonize social and cultural values.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier recently launched a criminal investigation into roblox, saying earlier this week on “FOX & Friends first” that the platform is a “breeding” for hunters.
In recent weeks, Kentucky has filed a lawsuit against Roblox claiming that the massive gaming platform is unsafe for children, joining a growing list of organizations that have filed similar allegations.
Attorney General Russell Coleman alleges in a lawsuit, filed in a Kentucky court, that Roblox has insufficient security for children and therefore exposes them to child predators, violence and sexual material.
“Sellers do not require users to verify their age when registering,” Kentucky attorneys said in a written complaint. “As such, predators can – and do – set up accounts so they can become children.”

Children can register to use roblox and access its millions of games, also known as “experiences,” by entering their birth name, username and password. Kentucky advocates say the registration process requires more barriers to entry and a parental consent process for children.

“We’re establishing what we believe will be the gold standard for security and connectivity across all applications,” Baszucki told Fox Business.
