Dubammed Bin Rashid’s establishment of small and medium enterprises (Dubai SME), part of Dubai’s Ministry of Economy and Tourism (Deb), has partnered with the Silicon Valley-based Innovation Platptom Platform and played to launch a new start-up aimed at transforming Emirati-owned jobs.
The program will provide Emirati entrepreneurs with practical training, global exposure, and access to markets and investors.
It is designed to help startups scale their operations, expand globally, and attract continued investment in line with the Dubai D33 economic agenda, which aims to double the size of the Emirate’s economy by 2033.

The accelerator will be operated by plug and play as part of the activities that we started to present to the founders of Dubai HQ at the 25hours hotel at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre. The HQ, created in collaboration with the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, serves as a HUB for Founders, providing a place to work, network and teach.

The program will run two cohorts per year, each consisting of 10 Emirati startups. Participants will receive financial preparation training, engage with corporate partners and government officials, and pitch to investors. Key Government Sector Agencies, including Dubai Health, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, Emirate Flight Catering, and the General Directorate for Idestity and Women, are expected to participate by identifying sector challenges and collaborating with Startups on solutions.
