Ellington Properties signs AED1 billion construction deal with China Railway for Uptown Dubai Project
Ellington Properties, a Dubai Design-LED Real Estate Developer, has awarded a construction contract worth more than AED1 billion to China Railway Bureau Group for the development of Mercer House Development in Uptown Housei.
Marking a milestone in the project’s journey, the partnership represents a big step forward for Mercer House, the development of the tower block that has already received international recognition, where I received the International Property Award for mixed development.
Ideally located in the heart of Uptown Dubai, Mercer House is set to redefine urban premium, reflecting Ellington’s ethos of mocking the beauty of the area and lifestyle. This development has a 34-story tower and a 41-Storey Tower, offering a sophisticated selection of Studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside four-bedroom penthouses.
