US agencies have consistently said that they are not involved in high-level climate change, which is not in the lab, as the research has been corrected by crostiracy theorists, who believe that climate change has created natural routes for the passage of airplanes.

“NOAA does not support or participate in cloud damage or other climate modification projects,” the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency wrote late last year on its website.
