A Florida teacher said she was forced to remove a Charlie Kirk poster from her classroom after a student complained – a move she says is politically motivated.
William Loggans, a respected law and economics professor at a high school in Orange County, told NBC
The logans said he decorates his classroom walls with a variety of inspirational backgrounds from iconic images ranging from Martin Luther King, JR., Royald Parks and Ronald Reagan and Ronald Reagan and Ronald Reagan and Ronald Reagan and Ronald Reagan and Ronald Reagan. The photo featured a picture of Kirk and one of his quotes: “Never underestimate the power of your voice and the impact you can have on the world when you speak up for what you believe in.”

The teacher, who says the poster on her wall was not a political statement, said school administrators agreed the poster was not controversial, but demanded it be removed because of Kirk’s status as a lightning rod.
“They agreed that the poster did not say anything and was encouraging, but that Charlie Kirk was a political figure and he would have to come down,” said Charlie Kirk. “
The Logans got a lawyer and filed a complaint against the school, alleging political discrimination. He hopes to be allowed to display the poster again, but if not, he vows to sue the school.
A high school class in Oregon is out with a retired pastor who is accused of celebrating Kirk’s death
The school told News 2 they believe their decision is in line with district policy and according to a memo sent by the Florida Commissioner of Education Expork looking into social media posts after school shootings.
“The teacher’s personal views made public can undermine the trust of the students and families they serve. If the Ngabi Council felt that they could not find a place for him to study, it would be a violation of the RASTIC law
However, in Posied Communications announcing the letter, the Kamoutsas said it was directed at a teacher who made “disgusting comments about the horrific murder of Charlie Kirk” and vowed to investigate.

Turning Point USA Co-Founder’s Cancer’s Killer, Tyler Robinson, had a transgender partner and was accused of sending a text reading, “their actions cannot be discussed.”
“We understand that many are saddened by the tragic death of Charlie Kirk. The district asked that the poster be removed to preserve political neutrality, which is consistent with the respect of all students,” the political representative of the Orange County School District told Wesh.
The Logans’ attorney, Anthony Sabatini, said the district doesn’t enforce its policies consistently, and he believes they targeted the KIRK poster because he was a last-minute employee. He pointed to a post by former President Barack Obama in another classroom. The district denied any discrimination in their enforcement of their policies.
“When employees are made aware of any situation that violates the law or policy, it is dealt with appropriately and without political bias,” said the district representative.
