The Public Address System was robbed Tuesday evening at Harrisburg International Airport (Hia) in Pennsylvania.
“An unauthorized user gained access to the Airport PA system and played an unauthorized recorded message,” HIA officials said in a statement, according to FOX 43.
The message lasted 10 minutes, the airport reported.

The criminal can be heard saying “Free Palestine” and “F — With Tanyahu and Trump” over the loudspeaker, according to videos circulating on social media.
“Turkish Hacker Cyber Islam was here,” said an unauthorized user in the identification work.

The airport called the announcement a “Political message” that did not contain any threats to aircraft, passengers or staff, according to the HIA.
A DELTA flight that was on board at the time of the incident was searched out of an abundance of caution, the airline confirmed to fox digital news.

“Since the safety and security of our customers and employees comes before everything else, Delta followed TSA’s direction to return to the gate and end our customers’ patience.

Passengers on a flight bound for Atlanta were delayed as TSA conducted a security sweep, delaying the flight by 45 minutes.
The public address system has been shut down and is being investigated by police.

The incident comes after the FBI issued a warning in July about a notorious cybercriminal group called “spread spider” infecting the airline industry, Fox Business reported.

The FBI was sent to X that the group relies on “Social Engineering Techniques, by pretending to be employees or contractors to deceive access services” and often involves methods of obtaining mulpark services (MFA), such as MUSPHA desk services.

“They’re looking closely at major companies and their third-party IT providers, which means anyone in the aviation industry, including trusted vendors and contractors, could be at risk,” the FBI wrote.
