Labor Secretary: H-2A system Visa to speed up, not very soft to farmers

“We want to make sure we have American workers there,” he said. “But if we don’t have those at that time, then we want to follow Congress and help, select, to change those numbers, even give them the information they need in the Department of Labor.”

Secretary also spoke to his role in the arrangement of the Pending Study and Security Department and the Exchange Commission to provide employer guidelines and Plan authorities to include independent assets in 401 (k) Schemes.
