The LA County issues an investigation in finding the Eaton Fire fire

Poverty, less, lack of adequate planning and contributions to failure in the Altadena field as a deadly fire is released in the public, according to a long-awaited reported on Thursday.

The report did not give Botched warning but found Los Angeles County without a clear process of who should issue travel orders and called great changes. Nine people died in the fire, all of them found in the West Altadena, a place that had no access to riots for hours after the fire broke out.

The 132-page report was issued on Thursday that seemed like he would rescue fire on Western Altadena – despite 911 calls on fire and Bomi only when 19 died in the fire.

Instead, it focuses on the complete “satellite, satellite -” The front of the fire “had never entered western Altadena until 5am, even though several fires ago last night.

An independent investigations in consultation with the Firm Mcchrystal Group, issued for eight months after Los Angeles Area Aream, flames did not issue traveling west and flames into the Form of Eaton threatening the public.

While the Eastern Lake Avenue areas have exits without PM only at 7 PM in Jan. 7, most Western Altadena did not receive warnings up to 6:30

The authorities tell the Times that the ventilation was divided between three agencies: Los Angeles County Sheriff, Los Angeles County Fire Department of Los Angeles County and the Emergency Management Office.

But Los Angeles County Sheriff later eliminated the role of his department, firefighters often lead because they were “professionals” in such circumstances. Emergency Management Office, responsible for sending alerts, said there are no technical issues.

Without giving a blame or explaining what went wrong, the report confirmed that between 1 and 3 in Jan. 8, the district does not send any output alerts – including western Alfadena. The report said at the time, “all places [L.A. county fire officials] The believer is that they are directly affected or at risk of Eaton and received a warning or order. ”

But that wasn’t.

The first order of Western Altadena arrived at 3:25 in the morning, after the seams were at least 14 fires reported in the area, according to 911 timber from Los Angeles County Fire Program received by times.

The report said the first fire calls were not in line with the property of the disposal of the disposal, which seems to doubt the authenticity of the first and the presence of flames. The report states that the first 911 fianical call in West Altadena where the injured building was built just before 1 am 8 – two hours issued.

These reports provide two examples of fire employees that the fire can burn in the west of the hour before the warning of the western altadena warnings.

A member of the Fire Fire in the Wildlife in Altadena, saying that the staff of the integrated order within two Jan. 8 That, because of the great spirits, because of immigration they should pass the seedlings of Altadena, all the way to Ca Caña. The compilation staff said they did not remember that this happened and that the fire front did not go west at the time.

About two hours later, at 2:18 in the morning, STFFER and County fire radio with a broadcast that they saw fire in northern Fartsworth Park.

Although some officials are in making decisions told wild investigators to the camps about the decisions of exit, notes “were incomplete, or not limited.”

The report said: “No formal form or documents used together, collectively recording which areas should be found to receive migratory workers or alerts, the time period is determined by the EEC staff.”

This report is also mentioned – without composing people or agencies – that the district was “overwhelmed with overwhelming” during fire, anxious by adding confusion, panic or unnecessary road news. State guidelines on awareness programs and clear warning programs clearly about this, as professional, repeatedly.

The report said based on the national satellite information, the front of the fire was not fallen into Western Altadena until 5am, two hours after the release of migration orders. The report acknowledged that 911 calls came from local hours before the instructions, but divided the events to the “fiery fires.”

The report repeatedly referred to the fact that the “full storm” of firefighters, while highlighting that actual focus on NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab on NASA CaEñA FLINSRRIP CONTINUE.

While the fire was originally burned in the east, firefighters reported quickly that they were spreading “everywhere, and the winds of 70 to 90 mph.

“Migration decisions and Messages could not be accompanied by fire,” said a report.

The report also states that the fire has filed the West Altadena as the wind speed increased, explaining it as a “populated populated households made of material use” in accidents. ”

The report has found several problems that the County carries out.

Sometimes, when officials remove the area, they will remove the place near it. But that practice was not explained and did not happen in western Altadena.

The report also showed that the events, the provincial district office became smaller than such agencies that work even smaller festivals. “Compared with the Oemtic Empire of the same size (although not complicated), Los Angeles County’s OEE has the smallest employees, budget and its performance skills,” said the report.

The three branches did not have a single platform for integrating communication, which increased issues by making decisions across the Fire response, a report was obtained. The Sheriff Department’s staff may have known in the real time where the areas were under the area or orders of immigration, as they did not always be aside for the agencies. According to the report.

The report was conducted by the MCchrystal Group, a consultation company with an experienced government response to natural disasters. The Report has put a number of conversations with Fire and County officials and public obedience times.

During 7 listening time, citizens also told the instructions that their orders were accidentally delayed. “None of us absolutely receives warnings,” said one woman.

In 2019, about a year after Woolsey fire, the same reported report specified that many fires at the same time use the ability to first send people. The burning destroyed about 1,600 properties killed three people.

Similar issues have been received with the County response in January, according to a report on 2025. Both reports asked the wisdom of improving areas in the fireplace, given officials’ to be unable to prevent the largest number of Californians.

The timing of the timings also found that most of the County firearms did not change in western Altadena until the fire was upset. Many County fires have already been sent to the two fire again in East Altadena. The Los Angeles County Fire Anthony C. Mattern lack of fire in West Altadena may be boiled by fire officers decided where trucks should take the trucks.
