Retirement in UAE is no longer recognized as one milestone, but as a variable journey of multiple job breaks, according to the recent HSBC health quality: Vanger Investor Snapshot survey.
The findings indicate that 81 percent of UAE respondents are confident in their financial arrangement to support the “minimum retirement”, higher than 34 percent 74 percent.
Among those planning, 73 percent of UAE is expecting to take two or more breaks during their lives to show, showing and pursuing renewed goals.
UAEE Mini Retirement
An important motive between UAE’s respondents include:
- Spending more time with family (31 percent)
- Starting a Business Project or Enterprinterial Project (27 percent)
- Living the Worldwide Life (27 percent)
The challenges include concerns by re-implying the work market (34 percent), family obligations (33 percent), and 43 percent of health benefits (33 percent).
Most of the respondents plans to support these policies according to personal level (40 percent), refund (39 percent) and rental income (37 percent).
