Similar months, no longer two weeks in Southern California face charges of murder.
Jake Haro, 32, and his wife, Rebecca Haro, were charged with the murder of Foliny on Tuesday at the death of their son Emmanuel, according to his office of lawyer. They were also charged with filing a report of a false police, which is Misdemeanor.
Haras first reported that their son was taken captive in Aug. 14, although the investigators later they did not happen. Authorities believe the child is dead, even though his remains will be receiving from Tuesday.
The couple appeared in court on Tuesday and government supporters, but their priority was delayed until September 4.

Jake Hara had previously pleaded guilty to childbirth charges in Riveriside County in a separate case in 2018, said Fox Los Angeles. During the arrest of Friday, the test after being found guilty of such charges were sentenced in 2023.
